The tyrannical order reigns over a population controlled by genetic manipulation and subdued by a constant influx of drugs. Thanks to repeated attacks by the neighbouring primitive and impenetrable forest, the urbanised powers-that-be accidentally create an 'anomaly' - a clone policeman nearly 10 feet tall. Guided by Adama, one of the rebels fighting for freedom, the gentle giant manages to escape and join the resistance, helping them in their quest to destroy the evil rulers of Megalex.
